The Dragon Age Keep isn't the "official" achievement tracker since you can just "unlock" everything with a simple click (except for the Challenges).
Unfortunately, unless you were online and synced with Origin while in gameplay, the achievement won't register and there is no other recourse but doing these achievements again.
Although, if you just want achievement done, there are various "save games" available (just google or check the Nexus) that are loadable just before achieving a certain achievement which makes the process faster :3 Origin doesn't have any "S.A.M" like Steam, so that is the only way.

I tried doing them again, the Hard Hitter one i've done more than 1000dmg a lot of times but nothing happens, and i've already discovered every camp on hinterlands but Pathfinder wont unlock
Try checking if you are logged on to your Origin Account via the "Account" tab in Dragon Age Inquisition. You also need to be online to do achievements.
If this doesn't work, perhaps you may want to go into your savegame folder (c:/users/"your username"/documents/bioware/dragon age inquisition/save) and delete both profileoption and profileoption_profile. This will reset the achievement tracking done by the game and will be autogenerated again after restarting the game and loading a save. Hopefully and bugged out achievements would be correctly tracked again.
But as for the Pathfinder achievement, you need to make camp in 10 DIFFERENT areas. So The Hinterlands counts as just 1 area, so basically you need to visit 10 other areas (i.e Storm Coasts, Fallow Mire, Forbidden Oasis, etc.) and make camp in 10 of them to get the achievement.
I think deleting the files worked! After doing it i tried and i got the 1000dmg achievement and some other too!
