Origin Multiplayer not working propperly Stuck, Floating, No Annimations

Hello im having a very interesting problem here somehow the multiplayer does not work for me and a friend of mine from australia i can play the multiplayer just fine with other people but if she tries to join my lobby it works then when we load into the game she has a super long loading screen and then she can see me but there are no annimations she can just see me floating around she herself is stuck and cannot move. Then when i join her game same thing happens but then i am stuck and i see her floating around we can both see eachother just one of us is stuck on the spot.

I have had multiple conversations with chat support and they all went trough this basic script of troubleshooting i already had tried multiple times then 2 hours later he tells me its a ISP Problem and i need to call my ISP to open Port 8080 and 433 and thats where i was done. after multiple contact with support they were not able to help me they even just disconnected me becasue they couldnt help me. so maby an admin on here or a dev could help out because i think this might be a problem with the communication between the Australian game servers and the Europe/Dutch one's
