I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but I'm afraid there's not much that we can do to improve the connection between you and your friend in DAI multiplayer.
The game uses peer-to-peer connection, hence there are no servers that we can affect. It's either you or your friend, who is hosting the match, so the person who joins might have a wonky connection, because of the distance between players. If the provided troubleshooting steps didn't improve the situation, unfortunately we really cannot help further ☹️

We play allot of games together everyday and never had any problems and she has good Internet too so the problem is not on our side. Are there any plans to fix those problems? We both bought the game to play with each other but we still aren't able to do so. Also I checked her connection to mine and it has no more ping than 350 max but there are no losses and ping shouldn't affect data. And we can literally play any other multiplayer game out there with no problems at all.
