I have played the game for a few hours and when I came back to it today the play button was greyed out. I have checked for updates and repaired the game but it has not resolved the issue. My internet connection is not the fastest in the world so I was hoping not to have to re-download the game. Any suggestions?

I have the same issue but every two-three hours. I run CCleaner and that SEEMS to help but now that stopped solving the problem too. I have contacted your support once because of this, that's where I got the CCleaner as a possible solution-idea.
Do you have any idea what's going on? I didn't have this trouble AT ALL when I installed the game. It started YESTERDAY. I emphasize my words on purpose before you wonder. What is happening?
I hope you have an answer, it's really annoying to have paid for an incredibly good game and because of the cloud-connecting program I cannot play.
