Origin will not process payment for DA:I on PC

So. As much as I'd like for you to take my money so I can play DA:I, you seem to be making it as difficult as possible. I tried to purchase the game with a debit card and a credit card from 2 different banks and got the same error message with both (#9002). It's been nearly an hour and nothing has changed. I don't want to buy the physical copy of the game - and wait for it to get here - so should I just give up and wait until it eventually shows up on Steam? You know, that other game client where I have no problems buying games?
