Orlesian + Dalish Lore Requisition quests broke my requisition drops and quests

I had the Dalish artifact requisition (or whatever it's called, where you need 3 Ancient Writings and however many Dalish Tomes) from the Emerald Graves, and the Lore Requisition (5 Orlesian Tomes + ...

Can find them in the Ancient Baths (?) west of the Dalish Elven camp.  I can still find the materials, just can't get the requisition quest to leave my list as it resets to 0/0

Exit the game, open Origin and right click the game then choose REPAIR. That will not affect your saves and, might not fix the problem but, it's worth a try.

    Will doing a repair fix that i found all 15 landmarks in the western approach but it is only showing I found 14
