owned content needs to be purchased again!

for the third time I had to recover my computer (this time as a failed rollback from Win10 to Win7 - internet connectivity issue) and I have this issue. Anyway once again Origins tell me I have to purchase part of the Dragon Age Origin contents when I own both the extension and all DLCs. 

you can chek my purchase history since 2009. I have all the receipts available to confirm. Can you please fix Origin so it recognize the ownership.
