Yep, I'm gonna have to join the line of folks who got significant performance issues since Patch 2. Can't even set anything in the settings without constant 5+ second freezes. Happens on all graphics settings, windowed or fullscreen, vsync on/off, different resolutions. FPS command line parameters did not fix anything for me either.
Previously, I got the occasional lag, and sometimes Haven ran like slow-mo on medium-high settings, which I could honestly live with as I could at least play the game. Now, that's made utterly impossible.

i5-2500 quad core @ 3.30 GHz
8GB RAM
GeForce GTX 560 Ti
Add.: After checking my task manager, I noticed that my CPU too goes well beyond 100% at all times since this patch, when it only spiked every now and then before and stayed at an average 80-90% before.
