I had issues with stuttering and freezing, but I tried disabling the Intel Rapid Storage Technology in services (IAStorDataMgrSvc.exe) on someone's advice this morning and that seems to have done the trick for me at least.

I can confirm it. Ending the IRST really works.

Is disabling that going to mess with anything? I know nothing about PCs lol
Also add me to the list of "the patch broke everything" hehe
Prior to the patchs I was running it perfectly, seriously not an issue, with the settings the Nvidia program set for me - all ultra basically.
Last night and today things started going a little funny.
Last night weird flashing in caves and the occasionaly flashy textures. Performance was ok though
Today playing it .. its slowing down each time I get on. Stuttering, characters zooming all over the place for a second.
Using one of my assassin skills freezes the fight for a second.
The worst was right before I posted this where every time I got into combat the party was almost running on the spot and not firing off skills.
This isnt the greatest PC, got it last year in July.
i7 4770
GTX 770
16gig ram
Normal 2tb drive (not SSD)
For the first time since I got the PC I ran my scanner and disk checker and it came up with a disk error twice, and I run that daily. So now I am a little worried about my PC :/
So it's really strange because before the patchs, like I said, everything was perfect.
(EDIT: Thought I should let you guys know the fixes of clearing the cache etc and having origin check/install everything again seems to have fixed the problem. I will keep pplaying for an hour or so to see if it slows down again. Thanks to the person that posted it (sorry can't remember who lol)

My game was perfectly fine before Patch 2, no crashes at all, superb performance... Now it stutters like hell, sometimes it freezes for a few seconds before picking up the pace.
Was playing on Ultra settings with ~55-60 FPS all the time, now it dips as low as 12 FPS for a few seconds.
