Patch made performance MUCH worse

Even the CleanMem fix didn't work for me, and I simply refuse to go to such extreme lenghts as reinstall Windows or some other crazy **bleep** to make my game work when a folder restore is sufficient to make everything work again with decent FPS on max settings at any time. This is for Bioware to solve and I'll just be waiting.

Most of my framerate loss is coming from area's with heavy population such as Haven, and Val Royeaux, and the majority are most area's in the Hinterlands. High meshes feels like it brings too much of a performance hit, and so do the games effects, I had to bring meshes to medium, and effects to low, so I wouldn't get lag spikes just playing normally, the biggest framerate loss is looking into certain directions from a distance that have buildings, sunrays, and population, most of which exist in Hinterlands.

So I had just been to Recliffe for the first time, the game drops frames so badly, and performance get's really bad almost like it's going to CTD.

I did the EA_Davids  solution : Ccleaner + clear origin cache+ clean bot.

My game started properly and was perfect in game but after few minutes -> Freeze 1/2 s every time.

This is strange, before the patch my 745m ran at low setting, but now medium to high. Odd considering most players had a decrease in performance. I would have thought the full screen bug would have been in this patch though

What's weird is that I tried this, and my framerate seems to be slightly better, and some area's like Haven don't lag as badly as they did. I swear this games performance is all **bleep** backwards...

Wow from avg 90 FPS (Mantle) to avg 58 FPS (Mantle) in build in Benchmark. Come on thats so much performance lose.

With 2x R9 290, i7 4790k and 16GB 2400HZ DDR3 Ram

Play it on 1080p with no Anti-Aliasing and all on ultra (textures too)
