Patch to fix crashes/ freezing screen errors of Dragon Age Inquisition on PS3?

So I started experiencing  crashing errors a few days ago, i was on the war council room and the game crashed, i couldn't move or do anything and the music stopped, i found the same error on Internet and I knew that was happening to some people too,  now when I start the game it crashes at the first loading screen. I don't know why I buy a PS3 game IF I am not able to play it ON PS3.

and i'm not gonna say nothing about the bugs, the fails on the textures and the poppin. SHAMELESS.
