[PC] Cannot click dialogue options

I have experienced some points in the game where I am unable to hover over or click on dialogue options. I have dealt with this by pressing the number keys on the keyboard.

I feel that this is a significant problem because hovering over options allows you to see the 'tone of voice' being used in that response. Being unable to hover over options also means you will not be able to see the consequences of major decisions.

I had personally encountered this issue during the 'Friends of Red Jenny' task as well as others which I cannot recall as of this moment.
