I'm right there with you; I've tried all the things you have and it still happens. CTD happens at random times, too, with no rhyme or reason. I started playing two days ago and I haven't been able to play for more than 20 minutes at a time.
My specs are very similar to yours, except I have a GTX 660.
One thing I've read is to put Origin into offline mode, but that hasn't helped me. EDIT: Another thing I've read is to disable any NVIDIA Geforce process through the task manager, but that hasn't helped me either. (Just listing this stuff in case it works for you, or anybody else.)
I imagine we must be a rare case, because I don't see this CTD bug listed anywhere in patch notes or future patch talk, which is even more frustrating. If I could get a refund, I would.
