[PC] Cullen's romance does not start - still the same (first) dialogue option

Thanks a lot! My Inquisitor talked to Blackwall on the Skyhold walls and Blackwall refused her feelings. So I was thinking it couldn't affect on any other relationship. But anyway, few hours ago I decided to start over the Skyhold episode (from the point right after becoming the Inquisitor) - without talking to Blackwall before the chess cutscene. And that works! 🙂 I'm so glad. 🙂 Thanks for response anyway!

And I spent few hours today on reinstalling the whole game! Can't believe that was a waste of time... :D

Maybe you have the same problem which had I? You don't have to literally START a romance with other character - by choose this option in the dialogue wheel - in my case I spoke to Blackwall on the walls (when he said we have duties and it's no use) and soon after that, in stables, he said that he must explain to me what he had in mind before and told me to go to the Storm Coast. It wasn't a romance yet, but still Cullen didn't want to talk to me. I think that if you're flirting with all characters while you're in Haven then nothing bad happens. But in Skyhold you have to know already who you want to romance and start flirting only with that single person - without risking of going too far with someone else... Otherwise, you can end up in situation like this. What I recommend, check the quests, do all the personal stuff from Inner Circle and then you'll see which romance you've started before without even knowing it?

Figured it out. Even though I've ended the relationship with Iron Bull, meaning I clicked a dialogue option that said it would end the relationship and even he said we were done, it's continuing. And I can't stop it. The only option I have when I want to talk about us is to kiss him. I can't end it. I'm stuck with Iron Bull now. Which isn't really a bad thing, it's just not what I wanted to do.

At least you can do anything with Iron Bull, mine just doesn't speak to me. I had a cutscene when I first spoke to him at Skyhold and since then when I try to have a conversation I only can say him 'goodbye'. I'm wondering if it's a bug or something else. In Haven everything was all right.
