(PC) DA Inquisition will not load game
Hello all,
Installed DA Inquisition today on my brand new PC, self built. Installed Multiple games, including DA 1 and 2, WoW, diablo, LoL, etc. All seem to be working. I installed DA Inquisition via the origin launcher, as it was previously purchased on a seprate PC, though only played once.
After installing it on this new machine, I engaged the .exe file, and it loaded properly. I made it to the settings page and altered the video settings to ultra and switched the game from Directx to mantle, as the game is advertised as "optimized for Mantle." I exit the game and attempted to reload so the video settings could push and take effect.
Upon reload, the game opens a black window and goes no further, see SS below for reference:

I have attempted the following:
-Repaired game from origin launcher
-disabled "origin in game"
-updated drivers to newest, even beta drivers for mantle support.
-Cleaned registry via cc cleaner
-attempted compatability modes
-ran in administrator mode
-contacted EA live chat and waited more than an hour to be told the issue is known and to wait for a resolution. =(
-altered refresh rate and aspect ratio on monitors from 144ghz to 120, then 60, then 59.

The issue never changes and I have made it no further. Any and all assistance would be helpful.
DXdiag report here for reference:

**EDIT**
I forgot to mention I performed an uninstall/reinstall and cleared the local and roaming app data for origin.

This was the solution. Thank you SOOOO Much! For reference, the config file is located ast the following:
C:\Users\YOURNAME\Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age Inquisition\Save\ProfileOptions_profile

You may search the forum for this, I have seen references to where it is, but can't rmember. Game should create a new file when started at stock levels, which you said worked when you first tried it.
