I managed to reset the mobs, required me to go to 2 other locations (Skyhold and Frostback Basin, 1 wasn't enough for some reason) before going back and walking there from the first inquisition camp.

This problem had me annoyed all morning today, but thankfully, the above post worked for me too......thanks a lot, pal, reallyl!! I hope it works for you other guys (and gals) who are having the same issue with the Descent DLC too. I travelled out of Descent to Skyhold and then to any random location before travelling back to Descent, where you'll be able to investigate the corpses (where a cutscene follows) after defeating the Ogre for a second time. I don't know about you, but the enemies only actually respawned for me starting with the spiders outside of the room with the ogre and corpses in it.
