ok so i ran into this issue recently, read this thread, conceded to do what was recommended but figured while i was already there why not just move forward and explore see what else was happening. i did that and got to a point i couldn't proceed any further cuz the door wouldn't open so i was going back and i triggered a mob on accident. just one. not sure where it even was as it was quite a distance behind me? anyway, i stopped to try and click the bodies one more time on the way out when it caught up with me. killed it, then boom, bodies were clickable. so maybe there's a mob u need to kill or maybe i just got lucky?
