[PC] Dragon Age Inquisition DLC Not Show in Game

I'm having the issue with Dragon Age Inquisition where the DLC shows as being downloaded but will not show up in game. From looking around online I know this is a longstanding issue and I've tried every suggestion I could find (clearing caches, trying to launch through Origin instead of EA App, unlinking accounts, mods, uninstalling and reinstalling, removing game from account on Steam and then re-adding, going offline) but nothing is working. I have over 500 hours in the game from years of having EA Play, but now that I've purchased the game the DLC just will not work. Does anyone have any help for a humble idiot trying to get through DAI before Veilguard comes out?

    @elil731 

    • Make sure EA app is completely closed
    • Downlod  the "ProfileOptions.zip-3779-1-0-1654969752.zip" manually from Nexus.
    • You should find your own "ProfileOptions" file in "C:\Users\>Your User Name<\Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age Inquisition\Save"
      (If you use OneDrive the "Documents" folder will be in your OneDrive folder.)
    • Rename this "ProfileOptions" file to "Old_ProfileOptions"
    • Unzip the "ProfileOptions.zip-3779-1-0-1654969752.zip" you downloaded and copy the "ProfileOptions" file from the unzipped folder into "C:\Users\>Your User Name<\Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age Inquisition\Save"
    • Start EA app and test.

    I've tried this repeatedly, both through Vortex and manually. I'm certain it's my fault it's not working, because I'm unused to mods. I've made a post on the mod asking for help, and also asked the DAI Mod discord if anyone can walk me through it, but so far no one has replied. I feel like an idiot for not being able to grasp what seems like a simple set of instructions, but I'd rather be upfront about not getting it instead of resigning myself to being cut off from huge portions of the game. If there's anyone who could handhold me through this, I'd be incredibly grateful.

    IT WORKS! I cannot express how grateful I am. Thank you for putting it so concisely that even a non modder was able to follow the steps. I've been struggling with this for four days, and following your steps took only minutes. I'm giddy. I'm going to go live in Thedas for a few hundred hours, singing your praises all the while.
