[PC] Dragon Age Origins Unable to Sync Profile Data and Achievements

I just bought a new PC and downloaded the Dragon Age games so I could play them through again on it. In Dragon Age Origins, all of my DLC's are showing as enabled but some of my DLC items aren't show...

Everything on the keep was correct and up to date but I did replay startup anyway. It still didn't update the info in the game on my pc though.
