Let's be honest, would this new type of release (where it is incomplete until post-release patches) deter any of you from buying from EA/Bioware Franchise?
I bet it'll temporarily dissaude you but given the next big release from them, you'll be once again the buyer - maybe even disgruntled.

Actually yes it will. Blizzard screwed up D3 so bad I have deleted the game, threw away the discs and have not and will not buy another product from them. DA:I is quickly approaching that level of disgust/dissatisfaction with me.
Should I have to delete 50 hours of game-play to fix the gender bug and start over (which I will not do) just to see the quest paths I wanted to experience then this game and this company will be dead to me. I will make it a passion to tell my gaming friends just how bad an experience EA is.
