OK I've figured it out, if "Shader Quality" is below "High" the game will have this bug, if you set it high or ultra the bug doesn't persist anymore. Frostbite Engine is one of the worst engines regarding game stability I've ever seen
Your GPU (Geforce GT 710M) is quite a bit below the system requirements (Geforce 8800 GT), and mobile Nvidia chipsets are known to cause a few problems in this game, so I think graphical oddness may be caused by your unsupported GPU.
Seems odd, I play with 50-60 fps outside combat and 20-30 fps while on combat, in fact I not really bragging about my PC performance but a bug that is happening and I dont really know why since the game is quite playable for me. Also if there are problems on NVIDIA laptop chipsets, should those be worked on? Saying "the problem is on your end" is s fishy excuse to me, giving the fact the bug is quite trivial
I could investigate it further, but this is the very first case of this bug I've heard of. Could you point me towards other threads describing the issue? My first google attempt yielded no results. Doesn't have to be on this forum, I would just like to read up on this.
