OK I've figured it out, if "Shader Quality" is below "High" the game will have this bug, if you set it high or ultra the bug doesn't persist anymore. Frostbite Engine is one of the worst engines regarding game stability I've ever seen

Makes sense, since the old-gen consoles also use low shader quality, and low shaders are also linked to other problems (lack of scars and tattoos, for instance). Glad you figured out what caused it!

Not really surprised since Inquisition runs on Frostbite 2. Now instead of 50-60 fps i play at 20-30, and on combat instead of 20-30, 10-20... Bioware fix this stuff please
