[PC] Missing inventory items and Research table crash

Issue #1 - I'm no longer able to collect some specific crafting materials (blood lotus in particular). I can see the message that the item was collected but it is not present at all in the inventory in both Crafting Materials and Valuables sections.

Issue #2 - Every time I try to access the research table in Haven the game crashes. I tried loading some of my older saves from before the issue started to occure and there everything works fine (I can collect blood lotus and research table does not cause a crash). But when I return to my newer saves both issues appear again.

So my only assumption is that the saves got corrupted from certaint point in the game (by certain patch?).
