[PC] Not Able To Start Dragon Age II DLC

I hope someone can help me becasue I'm at my wits end.

After painstakingly downloading and authorizing my missing DLCs for da2, I finally got them working in my ‘downloadable content’ list. However, they’re not showing up in-game. No statues in my home or quests in my journal, nothing. I tried creating a new character, thinking that maybe, because I’m already at the end of act 1 the quests won’t show up. That unfortunately didn’t work either.

I’ve tried repairing the game, nothing. Deleting and re-installing the game, nothing. Re-installing the game did gave me the message ‘This saved game cannot be loaded because the following downloadable content is not installed’. So, the game does recognise that I have the dlc’s installed. I just can’t seem to get them to actually work. After adding the dlc files again I’m still not getting the quests. If it helps, I added pictures of all the dlc’s being authorized and the ‘missing dlc’ after re-installing.

If anyone has any ideas, please let me know. This whole process is just becoming incredibly frustrating.

    @Elrasiel

    Hey, there!

     Can you please post your issue on the new EA Forums we have set up here: Dragon Age Franchise Discussion

    We are not monitoring AHQ as much as we used to with certain titles like Dragon Age since we now have the new forums set up.

    All of our Heroes and Champions on AHQ remain actively engaged and provide support as the migration process continues.

    This will help us track players who are experiencing this issue, help them find resolutions to your issue, and give us more data to send to the team for review!

    Thanks!
