[PC] Ongoing investigation - poor performance, crashes, resource allocation.

It's getting borderline idiotic. Since I've arrived in Redcliff I can't stay in game for longer than an hour. Random freezes, black-screens, to even system reboots.

I've been running everything at stock and still the crashes persist. Everything else that is not DA:I runs perfectly. My system runs all kinds of stress tests flawlessly. Any other games run flawlessly. Only DA:I  has become crash galore.

I did get crashes before I got to Redcliff, but they were less often. Now it has just become irritating.
