Thanks for the update and... dear god, they will... WILLL?... escalate the issue? I thought the studio would have been pulling their last bit of hairs at this point. Now it appears that the studio doesn't seem to be taking this seriously at all. The issue has been persisting for weeks and there has been no official words, no acknowledgement, NOTHING! from the studio to officially reassure us.

I know this rant won't do anything but man.. what a disappointment. I always supported the company even when they got that shiiiiiitstorm over DA2, ME3 and what not. And look what happen when there is a REAL problem.... a complete DISDAIN!
