[PC] Please add text chat system for multiplayer

Hello EA. English is my second language so hope you don't mind my grammar errors. I am deaf. I bought Dragon Age Inquisition because I am fan of Dragon Age series. I was really excited because I learned that multiplayer will have similar to Mass Effect 3 multiplayer. But one thing I did not execpt is NO text chat system on PC! I was shocked and disappointed. Reason I got shocked because usually most of games with multiplayer on PC always come with text chat system. Now I actually hate going multiplayer on Dragon Age Inqusition because it is impossible to communciate with team mate. I can't use voice program at all because I can't hear nor speak. I want to play multiplayer so bad. Last night I bite dust and try again. Result is still horrible experience for me. I was rogue and I stand at front of locked door, waited on others to realize why I stopped and come check but they didn't. They kept going advance and poof. We missed that room because of NO COMMUNICATE. I am stuck. Players can use voice program...how came deaf players like me don't have access to communicate but players with voice program can? That is not fair. I am upset. I am aware I can use Origin chat but you have to add people to list first. I don't want HAVE TO add people to list in order to communciate. All PC multiplayers are supposed to have text chat system. I am shocked and suprised to see you didn't bother putting it in. Please consider adding text chat system to multiplayer for PC. I know you can do same for consoles since consoles already support keyboard so it should not be issue. Please consider for deaf players. Not only that, for players who can't and don't want to use voice program.
