(PC) "What Pride Had Wrought" stuck (Spoilers) (Can't continue main story)

The opening of "What Pride Had Wrought" is completely stuck in my game.  I went to the War Table and got the Eluvien scene with Morrigan, and the quest tracker told me to go back to the War Table to confirm our plans.  But when I get there, it just goes to the standard War Table interface- no story scene, and no new mission to start it.

I already overwrote my quicksave while talking to my companions on the way back, and lost my autosaves going in and out of the War Room.  My last save before all this is before the Winter Palace party.

Edit:  Please disregard, I've just somehow managed to miss it on the War Table despite 20 minutes of searching.  If anyone else has the same issue, it's in southern Orlais, to the west of Emerald Graves.
