Platinum Purchase Error
I recently tried buying some Platinum from the store and it told me there was an error. After it said that, it acted as if I had actually bought the Platinum and said it was downloaded. I didn't receive any platinum though. I tried buying some a few days ago too, but was getting a similar error. But I was having issues with my credit card at the time so I assumed that it was related to that. Today I paid the bills on it today and am still getting the error.
Would someone be able to tell me if it's actually charging my card, but not giving me any Platinum, or if there is an error with my card so I can't buy any anymore?
