From my experience, it's playable no fps issues that I've noticed. Game plays in 720p or 1080p you can tell because it's not grainy or blurry 🙂 Some areas are gorgeous looking (forbidden oasis, winter palace, valamar and reddcliffe castle) while others have pop in issues (mainly haven and skyhold).
