Playstation 4 error ce-34878-0 when playing DA:I

I keep getting a CE-34878-0 error when playing the game. Seems to happen at random times. I have rebuilt the PS4 database twice per Playstation support and it appears to help for a time but eventually...

I got this error after fast traveling to the outer hinterlands camp, it went to a blue screen with the error and asked me if i wanted to submit a bug report. Luckily my save files seem to be fine. Have played 13 hours of the game so far. Hopefully it won't happen again.
