"Please insert the play disc" Problem, Dragon Age Inquisition, Xbox 360

I just bought DA Inquisition for my 360 and have never had problems running a game or disc on my console. I installed DA:I and "Change Disc: Please insert the play disc" popped up after installation. I exchanged the disc to disc 2 (thinking this odd) but then "Change Disc: Please insert the installation disc" pops up. I have restarted by 360 and have tried everything but my 360 will not let me play my just opened copy of Dragon Age: Inquistion. It keeps asking for the play disc and neither of my discs will work. What is going on?

    For me, I had to wait for the "Please install the play disk" message, swapped to disk 2, then just waited about 30 seconds.  I noticed the A button selected "Cancel" and not "OK" half the time, and apparently it wasn't asking me to press anything, just put in the disk and wait for the XBox to figure out it was in there.

    Hey dude, know this is old but I just had the same problem. And they still haven't answered so thought I might say what worked for me. Hard reset or just turn off and insert only disk two. Then like above poster said, just wait. I guess putting in disc one after I already installed confused my xbox. Dunno? But worth a try.
