Pre Order Items Not Showing up in DAI (still)

me too...mine is PS4 version... cant receive my item.... still waiting to solve for 1 month + already..please solve it...thank you

ok, first, when you wake up in haven, after the initial pride demon,

there is a small chest in the room marked "special shipments", near the bed. 

you should get a piece of armor and a weapon or two.

you will get more when you reach skyhold (in the undercroft) in another chest marked "special shipments".

for your horses and mounts, you have to complete a quest in the hinterlands, before you get your first horse.

other mounts will be added through war room quests.

If on pc, have you deleted the origin cache files?

and relaunched origin and reverified all of your games?
