They are the same link. I don't see anything about downloading the toolset in the instructions.

Wait, so the "on the house" version of games cant be registered on bioware's website? I mean... really??
Should've figured it when they said "oh no there's no catch on free games, they are trully free and full" yeah... right... except for the fact they cant be registered, wich we wont mention of course...
