Promotional DLC

I've been playing DAI since it came out. At the time, I purchased the physical edition of the game and received the Logitech promotional offer (and also completed "The Last Court" online), which allowed me to receive rewards like the "Light Torn Steed" mount or the "Serault Glazing."
Today, I picked up the game again on Steam and would like to know if there is an update or DLC that allows me to download this promotional content, as was done for Dragon Age Origin long after its release.
I would appreciate being able to replay the game and rediscover these elements that I enjoyed about ten years ago.

It's frustrating because the mount seems to be included in the game's script without DLC, as its location appears but is locked with no way to unlock it.
