me at the exactly same place start when smashing..
I have the same problem with my ps3. The game was fine till I entered forbidden oasis. The frame rate halts to a crawl. I can move but its like watching stop motion animation. Really bad stop motion animation. I'm very disappointed. You never see nintendo games suffer from bugs like this.
