[PS4] Ameridan's End (Old Temple) Crash

I am looking to finish Jaws of Hakkon before I move on with the Trespasser DLC, but the game crashes -- to be clearer, it just stops at the loading screen -- when I try to enter the Old Temple. I have attempted it a couple of times, each time making sure that my PS4 software and game application are up-to-date. It might be important to note that I have finished all the other quests in the Frostback Basin except for "gaining the approval" of the Avvar. I have also finished the main story line and The Descent DLC.

Has anyone else experienced this? Please help if you can!
