You have to be connected to the internet and logged in to the PSN to load your files (don't ask me why, I'm having the same problem and have posted here already without any feedback :womanmad🙂
Once your file has loaded you can then disconnect from the internet if you wish and carry on the game as normal. If you quit, you'll have to go through the same procedure. Pretty annoying because if your internet is down for whatever reason you won't be able to access your save files (the ones after BE add-on).
I am connected to the internet. I don't think that has anything to do with it at all
