PS4 DA:I cutscenes glitchy with dwarf main character

I'm having a strange problem where my female dwarf main character doesn't seem to be appearing correctly in in-game cutscenes. I've only played up until the main title, and she's hovering midway through the bed on awakening after the intro, doesn't shake hands properly with Cassandra, and while closing the intro's first rift she actualy disappeared entirely, with the camera cutting between the rift closing and just the empty ground where I presume she should have been standing. In general I'm also finding the cutscenes to have other weird little occasional glitches like slow-down or textures filling in late.
