PS4 Deluxe Edition missing items!

I am on PS4, region 3 (Malaysia), and bought the physical copy of the Deluxe Edition.

After inputting the code given in the box, it allowed me to download 1 add-on, "Dragon Age: Inquisition Deluxe Edition Items".

I've already checked the chest after the first boss and cannot access it. I've renewed licenses, reinstalled and redownloaded the one add-on mentioned above (only one I have), and still nothing at that chest after the first boss.
I've seen some videos online showing that there are actually 4 addons for all the deluxe edition content, the one mentioned above and the other 3 all being the Flames of Inquisition stuff that I'm missing...

In addition to all of this, I am unable to access the soundtrack via the website, but that problem is already known.
I have not tested to see if I am missing the multiplayer chests.

It would be greatly appreciated if someone can tell me wtf I'm supposed to do here, I seem to be missing practically all the deluxe edition items even after redeeming the code...

They have solved my issue! I started a new case, to enquire about my old one (they suggest that so you don't get bumped to the back of the queue), and the advisor gave me 3 codes, one for each of the DLC I was missing! Go try your luck with the chat, hope you all get your items!

I also have the same problem.
I am on PS4 & I bought the Deluxe Edition. I also cannot get the weapons from the chest in Haven. I have redeemed my Deluxe Edition DCL code & downloaded the DLC but I can't get the option to open the chest in Haven.
I feel cheated that I paid extra money for nothing. I hope this gets fixed quickly.

the soundtrack can be downloaded now but I don't know if the black chest can be opened or not because I am at work now.
Can anyone confirm if they got anything from the black chest?

I just got some info from chatting with somebody from EA tech support & she said:

I've consulted our specialists regarding the issue that you're encountering and he said he's experiencing same issue but don't worry, the developers already know the situation and they're working on a fix.

Looks like we will have to wait for a patch to get our DLC items.

Please EA Team look into this matter ASAP as i believed all of us had paid in full.

Same here I downloaded and installed the DLC IN my PS3 but I still cant open the fricking box!!

I got 2 dlc mounts (hart, unicorn) and that's it. No flames of inquisition armor, weapon, and mount. Haven't tried multiplayer and haven't gone far enough to see if I have the throne

Yeah same problem. I'm from Malaysia too and I still couldn't get my Deluxe Items on PS4. I just hope that we don't have to delete and lose our progressions in order to get the items........
