I am having the same problem and have restarted the game, redownloaded, restored licenses multiple times to no avail..
Has anyone with a R3 version of this game managed to get the deluxe items in the chest? I am able to get the mounts later in the game.
On a side note, this is absolutely ridiculous behavior by EA reps on this board to completely ignore this problem. No wonder this company was voted as the worst company in America last year..
