PS4 Deluxe Edition missing items!

So yeah, same problem here. Was really excited to get my hands on the deluxe version on the 18th and spent 6 hours into the game.

At first I did not think much of the flames of inquisition weapons as I assumed it would be given to me at some point in the early game or at least shown to me in a very obvious manner. So, after 6 hours of playing, I only managed to get the dlc content for the mounts, red hart and bog unicorn. Thinking that if the mount dlc was already given to me, I should have gotten the other dlc, I went online. Most said that the black box in the house you wake up in was where the other dlc content was. I went there but it could be interacted with. Thinking I somehow messed up, I made a new character renewing licenses. After going through the prolouge(?) and waking up in the house, I still could not interact with the box.

Also, it seems that this problem is mainly affecting the asian and european versions of the game as an american friend of mine said his dlc was there. If it helps, some reports say that they downloaded at least 4 dlc files whereas i only downloaded one, which was the only one that came with the one code I had in the deluxe edition. I've already tried uninstalling the game then re-installing it and renewing licenses and still no dice.
