PS4 doesn't connect to the Keep, can't register game

I purchased my copy of Dragon Age Inquisition used through Gamers a year ago and am now trying to finally upload a custom world state to the Dragon Age Keep. I'm logged onto this account for EA, PSN, and the Keep, plus I verified this email with both EA and PSN, but for some reason the Keep won't recognize that I have a PS4, just PC. To top it off I can't seem to register my game because it didn't come with a manual; according to the inside of the case the manual can be viewed via help.ea.com, but obviously there is no product key on the online manual. I'm not really sure what I should do, since I have a physical copy of the game without a manual, and the Keep just won't recognize my PS4 even when its logged into this account. I've never played online before, but my PS4 does connect to the Dragon Age server.

    @OliviaOlson Hi, it sounds like you have 2 separate accounts, one for your PC and one for your PS4, so it's probably uploading the worldstate without issue. You mention not playing online, but can you get to the multiplayer menu? This is a good way to test that the online connection is working. 

    If that's fine the next thing to check for would be to try logging in with any alternate details you may have used to set up the account on your PS4. Any older or lesser-used email addresses could be a candidate.
