ps4 Dragon Age Inquisition dlc issue

I was really looking forward to playing Dragon Age Inquisition. I started a game a few days ago and when I tried to play it today it wouldn't load because the dlc couldn't be found. I found out from Bioware that I'm basically screwed out of the dlc from the deluxe edition of DA:Inquisition. Because of the fact that my wife used her account to download the dlc, I'm not "allowed" to use it. So I either have to make a game on her account or pay for the dlc again.
