[PS4] Dragon Age Inquisition Trespasser Bug

About twenty minutes into the Trespasser DLC, spoilers I guess, I always get stuck on an infinite loading screen after entering the second eluvian following the blood trail. I've tried unplugging my system, re installing the DLC, reloading an old save and restarting, switching characters then switching back. Essentially everything I could find on the subject. Nothing has worked. I'm on PS4, so there are no mods. I've tried contacting support, but they haven't answered. If anyone has found a fix for this, I'd very much appreciate help.

    I tried to redownload the game data, didn't work, so I erased it again, redownload the game data then rebuilt the database, that didn't work. So I reinitialized the system and started from scratch, loaded up the same save file and was able to complete the dlc content. This fix worked for me.

    I don't know much about PS4...

    I usually know people recommend power cycling the system....powering it off, unplugging for a few min, then restarting it back.

    As to contacting EA....I have been told if you use Firefox the live chat option works, but doesn't work with other browsers....I haven't personally checked, but this is what someone on here posted......

    I must say, this wasn't a bug I encountered on my PS4... The only thing I can think of you doing is maybe going a little further back in your saves to see if it is just in a bugged state in your current, most recent save file?

    I'm having the very same issue, some looking around online for a fix hasn't gotten me anywhere, sucks that after 100+ hours of gameplay I am unable to finish because of a year old bug nobody seems to care about. If you every got yours working I'd be glad to know how. Thanks.

    Rebuilding the database didn't fix it, I had to redownload the game data after a reinitializeation of the PS4. So basically if you're having loading issues, reformat the console, thanks Sony. 😑

    Could you confirm that initialising your PS4 solved the loading issue? It's definitely not the fastest way, but I hope it (at least) got rid of the problem.
