(PS4) Hawke set as female in Dragon Age Keep, shows up as male in-game!!

So I have no idea what is going on here, but just recently I played through more of Inquisition and got to Skyhold, progressing until I reached the quest where you can talk to Varric on the battlements and summon Hawke. When I went to customize Hawke... Hawke appeared as Male. Strange, considering that when I went to check my Keep - I set Hawke as a lady, since the last time I was able to play DAII I tried out female Hawke. I know within the Keep that you can edit both the choices in DAO and DAII however you like, so I set it in DAII to have lady Hawke. 

According to the chat I just had with an EA helper person, this is some kind of glitch and they recommend I post here for further assistance. Anyone else dealing with this glitch? I play on PS4, and my Keep is synced to my account properly and I've been connected to PSN as well. So.... any help would be great! 

Another error I also encountered in the Keep was in the Inquisition part of the tapestry that details the "In Hushed Whispers" and "Champions of the Just" quests. My keep showed my Inquisitor as having sided with the Mages, when in-game I sided with the Templars. When I went to alter my choices to reflect the decisions I had made in-game, "Champions of the Just" became completely hidden until I clicked around and tweaked a few choices within the quest and got that under control. So that is all A-Ok. 

I would really appreciate help regarding the Hawke glitch though. If anyone else has dealt with this, please for the love of the Maker post your solutions or assistance!
