PS4, in conversations often can't choose anything

Around half the time when I enter a cutscene with dialog, I can't select any dialog from the wheel. Nothing happens at all when I try to select anything with the controller. However I can select spel...

Well, I encountered this problem too in 360. Pressing X or square in your case often did the trick by jumping the dialogues. (But what's the point in doing that in a Bioware game?)... Sadly I encountered a problem with Secret Companion and now my game went completely useless as I can't go beyond a conversation halfway through the game.
