PS4 Inquisition crashes at launch-cannot play

I have the same problem. And the only thing that i found out is not to download the patch. thats the only thing that will help at this moment..

Not sure what is going on cuz it i did not have this problem yesterday.. So yeah redownload. dont aplly patch and you cn play again.. untill a fix come out

It seems like many people with the PS4 version (both digital and pysical copies) are having this problem after the patch. Some of us have been talking about it on the Sony support forums http://community.us.playstation.com/t5/PlayStation-4-Support/Dragon-Age-Inquisition-error-code-CE-34878-0/m-p/44798721/highlight/true#M101814 but I thought I'd also check out Bioware forums too.

I have no idea what to do now and I've tried everything. No matter what I do, I get the CE-34878-0 error whenever I try to launch the game.

I have not had this issue, however one possible solution Sony offers for this error is unplugging the Playstation Camera, reboot, and turn off facial recognition. Not sure why this would effect Dragon Age, but you never know.

If it is a patch issue this probably won't work, but give it a whirl.

yup  CE-34878-0 is the error i have to..

I tried to isolate the patch with the PS4 along with the items included in the digital deluxe pack.  the PS4 automatically includes the patch and extras even if I choose not to include them.  This is a terribly disappointing experience.  80 bucks for a game that can't even launch?  Ugh

Yeah, the game just does'nt want to launch .. tried everything and nothing have worked, we need a solution!

I tried to disconnect my net connection - game still won't launch.
