PS4 Inquisition: Dragon age - The Final Piece

I went to the Altar of Mythal and fought the Dragon, got it's health to halfway but instead of it cutting to the cutscene, everyone just stood still and nothing was happening. So I left and went back to skyhold, when i tried to travel back to the Altar, it wouldnt let me. Now i cant travel back to finish the story line, even when i restart the game. Any help?

    PS4 and I that save is missing, its as if the chapter itself disappeared

    @Sjmoline16 I merged your threads, as there was really no need to have 2 separate threads for the exact same issue.

    I'm not familiar with the console version of the game, sorry, so I can't be much help. All I can suggest is trying to reload an older save, as @mcsupersport has already suggested. Always a good idea to keep multiple saves for each character in case something like this happens.
