(PS4) Voices not audible in cutscenes

I'm playing the sound through my soundbar (Philips htl9100) connected to the tv (samsung f8005). Can't hear any voices in the character creation or in the game. I've tried all different audio settings in the game,  headphones,  night,  tv etc. Also tried to switch from linear pcm to Dolby in the ps4 settings. No luck there neither. This is the digital deluxe edition. Any fix for this?
